We Are

of David was formed in 1980 with the express goal of providing
industry-leading management services. We have structured ourselves to remain small enough so all managed properties are handled
personally by the principals of the company to provide owners with the best possible
value.

have, and continue to, manage properties throughout the United States -
with offices in Pennsylvania and Arizona. Each of these properties
